The concept of Font Fridays came from Georgia State University’s Design Club where the original officers decided to launch a project for their Instagram to highlight one free font a week on Fridays. Till this day weekly, our current officers and I take turns in creating a series of type specimens for Design Club’s Instagram to make fonts and typography more available to our community of students and designers. These are some of my favorite Font Fridays I created to showcase the features and various uses each font has.
